Synopsis of the role

Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards to customer by handling and analyzing complaints

What you’ll do

Handle customer service calls and emails.

Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.

Document all Dispute completed in a day.

Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes

Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.

Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.

Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.

Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.

Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include weekends and/or holidays)

What experience you need 

  • Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
  • 3 to 4 yrs of work experience of Process Executive
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
  • Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
