Employee Experience Manager (RRHH)

What you will do ?

  • Responsible for the use of the self-management tools (HR Portal, AI - Chatbot - HR communities) that Equifax makes available to its 15000 employees in 22 countries, in 4 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French).

  • Responsible for the strategic design of the Virtual Agent (Chatbot) interactions as well as its learning process (machine learning).

  • Responsible for the collection and analysis of information on employee behaviors, preferences and needs regarding the use of self-management tools and internal customer support to identify areas of improvement, track the effectiveness of Equifax  initiatives to improve the experience.

  • Responsible for the design of the communication plan with the objective to educate and promote the use of self-management tools.

  • Responsible for proposing and co-leading the development and implementation of new initiatives as well as the maintenance of the Service Now platform, HR module.

What experience you need ?

  • +5 years of experience in web content management or portals in different languages for different countries.

  • +1 year of experience in content management platform e.g. Service Now, Google site, Lum Apps or similar

  • +5 of experience in the execution of internal communication projects.

  • +5 of experience in communication strategy.

  • +5 of experience working with focus on customer experience.

  • +5 years of experience leading teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency.
