HR Communications and Customer Experience Leader

We are looking for an experienced HR Communications & Customer Experience Leader to facilitate internal knowledge among employees - through our HR channels: HR Global Portal, HR Chatbot and HR Community - to ensure they are familiar with the organization's goals, policies, processes and benefits considering the diversity of employee experiences across the Company.

What you will do ?

  • Create communication strategies to enhance employee engagement with our Self-Management knowledge tools (HR Portal, AI - Chatbot - HR communities) that Equifax makes available to its 15000 employees in 22 countries, in 4 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French).

  • Work closely with our leadership team to help employees understand our company’s policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and address any issues they may be experiencing to help maintain our employees informed.

  • Manage content for our internal HR Self-management tools (HR Portal, Chatbot & Community).

  • Keep employees updated on important news, events, and deadlines.

  • Analyze information on employee behaviors, preferences and needs regarding the use of self-management tools and internal customer support to identify areas of improvement, track the effectiveness of Equifax initiatives to improve customer experience.

What experience you need ?

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing.

  • +5 years of experience in communications roles.

  • +5 of experience working with focus on customer experience.

  • +5 years of experience leading teams.

  • Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (as well as stakeholder expectations)

What could set you apart?

  • Portuguese Language skills

  • Experience in content management platform e.g. Service Now, Google site, Lum Apps or similar
