Client Fulfilment Analyst

Client Fulfilment are responsible for supporting the delivery of analytical projects to help support revenue objectives to the required quality standards and timelines.   The team consists of two Analysts and one senior Analyst within a wider Data Operations team of ~40 colleagues.

We support our UK based Client Analytics team to deliver revenue through the completion of external client projects and internal monitoring of Equifax bureau scores 

We provide support ~£10 million of revenue each year and seek ways of streamlining, automation and efficiency opportunities to reduce cost of projects, optimise processes and maintain high quality standards 

This is a Fixed Term Contract until Dec 2024

What You'll Do

  • You will be exposed to a wide range of Equifax commercial and consumer data. Our team touches many areas of the business with flexibility, a key asset to growing your knowledge of the various processes we currently use.

  • We provide the required support on a number of varied analytical services utilising SAS and Microsoft excel 

  • You’ll be supported throughout your induction into Equifax, trained on our processes and procedures but enabled to grow at your own pace through online courses at Learning @ Equifax.  In 2021 there will be extensive training in Python as Equifax look to move to open source analytical software

  • Each day differs as we deliver regular and ad hoc projects. This can range from debtor tracing files to commercial data appends and also supporting our D&A analysts and consultants on any ad hoc jobs they may require assistance with. 

  • Working with our UK colleagues directly on existing and new projects, ensuring delivery of projects to our clients through our secure data transfer protocols and learning new projects/tools means each day brings a new challenge.

  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring analytical processes are delivered within the service level and quality agreements for Equifax’s external clients

  • The role involves using data mining tools and programming languages (SAS, moving to Python) to prepare data and run processes delivering analytical and commercial solutions for internal and external clients.

What experience you need

  • Relevant degree in Mathematics or Statistics with a pass level 2:1 or above highly desirable

  • Strong experience in programming languages, SAS, R or PythonStrong knowledge of Excel & VBA.

    An innovative mindset, with experience identifying opportunities that deliver

  • incremental business benefit through leveraging of data and analytics.

  • You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members and clients at various levels, including business leaders.
