We are looking for a Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. The Cloud Engineering team designs and builds public cloud solutions globally at Equifax. We automate project creation, IAM, networking and everything in between in Google Cloud Platform. This is a high visibility role on a high visibility team that is revolutionizing how Equifax delivers systems and software. The work we do is making Equifax a better place to work! We’re a tight-knit group of like-minded individuals with a wide variety of technical backgrounds and experience ranging from software engineering to enterprise architecture. We believe everything should be automated and everything can be done with code.
What you will do

Participate in our Agile process

Learn about and help maintain our automation tools
-
Develop automation for GCP using Terraform and Python and CI/CD

Write code in Python, Ruby, Bash, or whatever the task calls for

Develop automated tests and CI/CD pipelines

Participate in engineering and architecture
What experience you need
-
BS or Associate's Degree/Technical Certification or equivalent job experience required
-
8+ years of experience is required.

Proficiency in Python is required
-
Experience with public cloud, GCP is a big plus
-
Experience with cloud networking configuration, including VPCs, Dynamic Routing, Firewalling, and advanced troubleshooting

Experience with large-scale Terraform deployments

Experience with continuous integration and delivery

Expertise in software development best practices and tools
