What you’ll do
-
Manage all legal requirements of the Product and Engineering Center (India) and escalate matters to business and legal leaders, as required.

Handle complex legal matters and projects in multiple areas of the law, including, procurement, commercial transactions, privacy, risk management, regulatory, compliance, outsourcing and technology.

Provide legal advice and direction on a broad array of legal matters to senior leaders

Draft, review and negotiate legal documents

Manage claims and negotiate legal settlements

Understand business unit strategies to identify and mitigate risks

Ensure business meets legal compliance standards
What experience you need
-
10+ years of e xperience managing the full contract life cycle, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts

Comfortable using sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to solve complex problems and taking a business-minded approach to identify innovation solutions
-
Ability to make decisions guided by laws and policies in nonstandard situations that impact the achievement of business objectives
-
Experience handling legal claims, including evaluating, engaging and managing outside counsel
-
Fluency in English and Hindi.
