Software Engineer - .NET

Synopsis of the role
This role will work with the team of application developers servicing few of our key customers and will play an important role in delivering key enhancements and support to them. This role will enable the candidate to work with some of the well-known brands in the Indian Financial services domain. 

What you’ll do

Able to work with customers and provide best fit solutions and able to guide the team technically in delivering those solutions.

  • Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable applications/system

  • Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with the team.

  • Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.

  • Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development.

  • Contribute on backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and demos.

What experience you need

  • Work location of this role (You should be willing to work from our Bangalore Office

  • Must have relevant experience of 4+ years in .NET web applications development and .Net Web API developments. Must have experience in recent versions of .NET Framework (> 4.5).

  • Strong experience in developing responsive Web based applications with the .NET framework - ASP.NET, C# (MVC Razor), APIs (WebAPI, REST), Windows Service applications, IIS, SQL Server.

  • Proficient experience with the front-end technologies – JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap 3+, Materials Design, HTML5, JSON, XML, CSS3, LESS, SASS.

  • Should have knowledge on Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, VS TFS.

  • Excellent working knowledge of MVC and strong experience building web applications using MVC, API, codes and syntax with strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Good knowledge in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS.

  • Should be strong in OOPs concept.
