The Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst will be processing invoices/payments/T&E expense report audit. Analyze vendor’s statements of accounts. Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients. Troubleshoot invoice/payments/T&E processing. Support internal and external audits. Support the Unclaimed Property process and the1099MISC and 1099NEC yearly process (US only), among others for US, CA, UK, IE, AU & NZ.
What you’ll do

Process invoices/payments and/or T&E expense reports audit

Troubleshoot invoice/payments/T&E processing

Review vendor statements, open interface items and work on solutions for invoices sent to invoice processing queue (WCI)

Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients

Handle Internal/External Audit routine and non routine requests.

Support the Unclaimed Property process

Support the 1099MISC and 1099NEC yearly process (US only)
What experience you need
-
English B2-C1
-
1+ years experience in Accounting, Billing, AP, AR or Administration deparment
-
University Accounting, Finances, Business Administration Student or Accounting Vocational / Technical School graduate
-
1+ Excel / Google Sheets experience

University career student or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration.
