Sales Support Consultant- Intermediate

Equifax is seeking a Sales Support Consultant. This role’s primary responsibility is supporting the sales force by providing account support, maintenance, and issue resolution.

What you'll do:

  • Provide account support, analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise as it relates to the onboarding process.

  • Provide account support by executing account maintenance and client configuration requests

  • Audit all cases to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams.

  • Analyze complex and diverse issues/client data

  • Serve as liaison between operational staff and client relations group.

  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks ensuring completion within required timeframes.

What experience you need:

  • 2-5 years of sales support and/or customer service experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What could set you apart:

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
