The Enrollment Specialist is a part of the Onboarding Team in the Client Operations group. The Enrollment Specialist facilitates the seamless transition of clients to the EFX platform. The Enrollment Specialist is an energetic self-starter, a strong communicator and performs with high attention to detail.
This position will be based out of our Boise, ID office location and follow our hybrid work schedule. The hourly pay rate is $18.25 an hour, benefits eligible.
What you’ll do

Role is responsible for executing the implementation strategy to seamlessly on-board and/or transition clients to the EFX platform

Ensures data accuracy in gathering account information and descriptors for each EFX managed and self-managed client

Collaborates with internal teams in managing successful activation of descriptors

Works closely with client teams to ensure smooth onboarding of accounts to mitigate potential onboarding issues

Provide reports as needed to appropriate teams

Maintains training manuals to reflect current onboarding practices and acceptable use.

Role requires an energetic self-starter, a strong communicator and performer with high attention to detail.

Demonstrates an ability to understand the technical issues involved both in integration and daily client operations.
What experience you need

Experience in Excel functions and formulas

Experience in Google doc functions and formulas

Proven experience working independently

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Detail oriented with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills

Thriving in a high activity environment with a focus on excellent customer service

Able to maintain a high activity level on a daily basis in order to meet objectives
