Delivery Lead is Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs. Activities may include process and project identification, planning and execution. Secures required resources, uses formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage project / program resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completions according to specification and budget costs or manages enterprise programs to ensure program meets desired objectives or identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency and enable increased growth.
What you’ll do

● Manage complex, cross functional technical projects, including activities such as budgeting, schedule, resources, documentation and tracking

Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project

Identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project sponsors/project team
-
Ensure project activities and timelines as well as budgets are met
-
Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning

Liaise with project sponsors across the business, including globally at times
What experience you need
-
BS degree in Technology or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required

5+ years experience as a Product Owner

Requires in-depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight

Applies a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems

Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or project activities

Develops work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity

Knowledge in JIRA and Postman collections are required.

Strong in Java, Microservices, SpringBoot and Cloud preferably GCP
