What you will do

Support the Enterprise by utilizing industry best practices to minimize the impact of crises as defined by Equifax.

Responsible for the planning, development, and facilitation of Crisis Management tabletops.

Coordinate and support impacted teams through the incident response lifecycle.

Prepare After Action Reports (AAR) in a timely manner, adhering to established Service Level Agreements.

Recommend and implement initiatives designed to enhance strategic and operational response and recovery tactics.

Utilize effective time management skills to ensure all deliverables are met.

Maintain Crisis Management plans and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and contractual obligations.

Continuously work with stakeholders to ensure the Crisis Management program remains integrated into the daily operations of the organization.

Assist with the maintenance and coordination of the Emergency Response Management Program (ERMP) and associated activities.

Due to this team's 24/7/365 nature, occasional on-call and availability to support global business hours is required.
What experience you need
-
2+ years of experience working in one of the following: relationship management, business continuity, incident response, or emergency response.

1+ year of experience developing compelling presentations that drive strategic decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information, build rapport, and earn the trust of senior leadership.

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes.

Possess strong understanding of global business dynamics and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What could set you apart

Experience with Gsuite (Google Productivity tools).

Ability to develop reports and dashboards utilizing Google Suite and Looker Studio.

Experience with Crisis Management and Incident Response methodologies and best practices.

Program Management experience and/or certification.

Bilingual: Fluent (written & verbal) in both English and Spanish.
