What you’ll do

Lead a team of employees developing and mentoring to upskill and provide continuous improvement to service delivery (For a specific Tribe)

Enhance SDLC process to assure proper adherence to Quality Engineering Handbook (including Security) and Manage testing processes for new and existing products to meet the QE guild standards

Produce well detailed Test plans / Test Strategy / Test scenarios to drive the testing activities of the team

Design, develop and execute automation scripts using test framework, also build a strong regression pack

Influence Change Management, CI/CD, tools integration
-
Produce clear Test Outcome reports and Metrics
-
Bug Management activity and ensure zero defect leakage in production
-
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
-
Ensure end-customer needs and associated value chain to drive processes and practices to ensure flawless customer experience
What experience you need
-
5+ years of Software Testing experience. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Proven ability to create test strategies, test plans, test cases
-
Functional testing - Hands-on experience in tools/technologies like Java, Python, RestAssured, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Gauge, Karate, Postman and other relevant technologies

Non Functional testing - Hands on experience in tools/techniques like Gatling , Jmeter and other relevant technologies

Exposure to Cross browser testing like LambdaTest, Browserstack
-
Knowledge of Google Cloud Concepts like GCS, GKE, DF and BQ

Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
