The Vice President, Mortgage Verification Services is a client-facing, high-touch sales leadership role responsible for diverse and complex team management, high dollar revenue generation, strategic customer relationship and overall EFX engagement within multiple customer accounts. This role will have broad, highly strategic leadership responsibility for the team that manages customer accounts, directs and guides orchestration of other EFX resources efficiently to further drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio. This role will drive the team’s successful execution of revenue goals.
What you will do:

Act as the General Manager for the Mortgage Vertical for Verification Services

Drive the team’s go-to-market strategy for successful execution of revenue goals

Foster and maintain Customer/Partner trust

Grow Customer/Partner Revenue across the full Equifax solution portfolio

Orchestrate Equifax resources to deliver Customer value and satisfaction across the full Customer/Partner lifecycle

Strengthen the business relationship by expanding the ways in which Customer/ Partner relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor

Identify and own opportunities around pricing, product, and go-to-market changes in the vertical

Identify, develop, manage, and close Customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions

Engage with Clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions

Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful Customer value

Work with team to develop and maintain key process flow and use cases of each client’s origination and data use process

Develop strong working relationship with Client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers

Leverage Account, Solution, and Delivery Pre-Sales/Sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain Customer satisfaction

Collaborate with support teams to develop and execute on needs for Mortgage - Product, Marketing, D&A, Technology, and Finance across EWS and USIS teams as needed

Lead Account Strategy and Planning activities with cross-functional team to align Customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions

Prepare & conduct periodic Customer business reviews

Manage contracting and contract compliance

Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution
What experience you need:

10-15 years of sales leadership experience
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Industry experience - Credit Bureaus, Data and Analytics to Mortgage, Mortgage executives, Fannie/Freddie leaders

Technical proficiencies - In depth knowledge of Mortgage originations process, strong communication and matrix management skills, pricing and product experience
