Synopsis of the role :  You will take complete charge of recruitment life cycle for open positions assigned to you. You will actively participate or lead various TA projects assigned to you.

What you’ll do

  • As the first point of contact you will be the brand ambassador for Equifax to attract “Right Talent” at “Right Cost” at “Right Time”

  • You will be responsible to manage complete recruitment life cycle for positions assigned for Equifax business as per TAT

  • Work closely with the TA team to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Equifax India

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to understand the requirement and create Job description for the role

  • Assist hiring managers to raise the job requisition in our online systems and follow-up for various approvals

  • Source, screen and submit relevant CV’s to Hiring Managers for further processing based on HR screening

  • Focus on sourcing CV’s from low cost hiring channels

  • Facilitate & attend various rounds of interviews between candidates and interviewers

  • Negotiate salary with selected candidates and seek relevant approvals to extend offer to selected candidates

  • Initiate offer process for selected candidates through the systems and complete relevant documentation process

  • Complete all documentation process required for extending offers, initiating BGV and HR documentations

  • Initiate background verification (BGV) of offered candidates and follow up to ensure the BGV is complete before joining

  • Keep high level of engagement with offered candidate to ensure they join Equifax at the earliest

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all logistics are arranged for new joiners

  • Maintain and update various TA related reports on daily basis and provide reports as and when asked

  • Work closely with manager to suggest implementation of TA best practices in the industry

  • Participate & successfully complete various Talent Acquisition related projects assigned

What experience you need.

  • Should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, MBA (HR) will be given preference

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment with good understanding of recruitment life cycle

  • Should have experience of sourcing CV’s from various channels, screening them and taking them through complete recruitment life cycle

  • Should have experience of sourcing screening & interviewing candidates for various roles at different levels
