What you’ll do

  • Ensure all key client and supplier SLAs are consistently met and issues escalated where appropriate

  • Manage operational queries from both internal and external stakeholders, including the wider Operations team, clients and suppliers

  • Ensure that communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders is effective and timely 

  • Support the Team Manager and the immediate team on exception management and incident resolution

  • Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert, identify and raise process improvements

  • Support the Team Manager and Senior team members to perform Quality Assurance against processes, ensuring team desk procedures are updated for any changes

What experience you need 

  • Intermediate administration and/or data entry experience

  • Good experience using Microsoft/ Google packages

  • Good experience in process management

  • Good decision-making skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills

What could set you apart

  • Understanding of debt recovery industry or financial services

  • Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying workloads

  • Good numerical and literacy skills

  • Good evidence of suggesting and delivering process improvements
