We’re looking for someone to set best practice standards ensuring that the team successfully meets client expectations and supports TDX Group’s overall business strategy. You will support your Team Leader in the effective running of the team, delegating work, ensure performance is maintained (with support) and use your initiative to put forward improvements to the way we work.

What you’ll do

Active people management with elements of line management to support and cover the Team Leader

Support in training and coaching within wider TIX team, answering queries, supporting with process check feedback and bridging any knowledge gaps identified

Support BAU processes within existing team to meet Client SLA’s

Process management
-
Complete process checks for wider BKX/TIX team
-
Complete controls tracker to confirm KPI’s achieved

Complete KPI trackers and review for trends
-
Represent BKX/TIX ops in Client Audit
-
Own raising BKX/TIX process risks through risk management process
-
Own, review, update process manuals for all BKX/TIX processes
-
Own and deliver UAT required for monthly releases
-
Process improvement
-
Represent the BKX/TIX ops team in project activity (scoping and delivery)

Active involvement in Service Improvement for BKX/TIX operations
-
This role involves communicating both internally with other areas of the business as well as externally with clients, DCA’s, Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) and Official Receivers/Trustees
What experience you need

Good operational experience with the ability to take on a more senior role and effectively start to manage peers
