This is an exceptional opportunity to join our operations team and take charge of software implementations. As a Client Implementation Analyst (CIA), you will provide end to end support and guidance for onboarding of small to medium clients to specialist products and services offered by Equifax.
Some of your responsibilities are as follows will include customer engagement, i.e., responsible for management of customer expectations, scope change, etc in relation to ongoing requirements.
What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the client onboarding process for small to medium-sized clients, focusing on specialised products and services offered by Equifax
Engage with customers to manage their expectations, handle scope changes, and address requirements-related issues effectively
Collaborate with customers to implement and test Equifax solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Equifax products and available resources
Ensure a clear understanding of requirements by both the customer and Equifax, promptly resolving any concerns and delivering solutions in a timely manner
What experience you need
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a business-focused business analyst, with a track record of interacting with external customers
Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, including exceptional skills in workflow management, documentation, and process mapping.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, characterised by clarity and articulation.
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
Proven capability to comprehend the interplay between systems applications and business processes in an analytical marketing environment.
High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Visio.
Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Comfortable working with moderate supervision.
Deep understanding of customer needs
