In this role, you will be able to participate in the Customer Service Department.
What you’ll do

Build and test automation solutions following the configuration standards, architecture framework, best practices, and project timelines.

Participate in the design of solutions.

Create solutions documentation and keep it updated.

Partner with the Infrastructure Team to set up the automation environments.

Collaborate with the Support Team to perform troubleshooting, fixes, and maintenance of solutions
What experience you need
-
Last year of Customer Service in Technical High School
-
Proficient in English oral and written (B2 or above).

Schedule availability Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
