Equifax is looking for a Data Steward / Data Analyst to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Data & Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to explore and leverage diverse datasets to build insights, while driving data standards and governance practices across the D2C business.
What you’ll do

Build an understanding of the business at a level of detail that enables you to derive insights and solve problems leveraging complex data generated by multiple, disparate systems

Help to create and maintain standards, definitions, documentation and organization for metrics, reports, scorecards, and dashboards within the D&A team

Coordinate with business and technology counterparts to onboard and maintain metadata in Collibra in support of our migration to enterprise-wide cloud-based data repositories.

Align with business, technology and enterprise data management stakeholders to ensure record retention requirements are maintained and executed throughout the life cycle (launch to retirement) of applications and data sources.

Effectively collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders and ensure internal client satisfaction
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, BI or Analytics or related field

3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or data management with a proven track record of excellence and business-minded experience

1 year of functional knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Spotfire, or Tableau

Experience with Big Data and Cloud environments is highly valued
