Provide more complex Tier 1 HR Service Center Support for employees, managers and HR personnel within defined region/territory.
Facilitate HR-related process and systems training with employees, managers, and HR personnel which could involve travel to other international locations for in-person sessions.
Act as a change champion to embed and sustain HR service delivery strategy.
Resolving and responding to Tier 1 customer issues and questions that involve general HR policies and procedures; Questions and issues will be captured and managed formally in a case management system and informally through corporate email.
Work with other HR Operations resources to identify areas for improvement to proactively enhance the user experience with our HR processes, policies and systems for a better user experience.
Participate in system testing of Workday for general updates and new enhancements.
Listen to customer needs and share those with HR Operations leadership to meet the needs of our customers.
