The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for handling key client relationships for ID Watchdog. You will have ownership for the overall development, growth, and delivery of assigned clients, working across multiple teams within the business to profitably expand the relationship and develop account specific engagement approaches. You will be the voice of the Customer (distribution partners & ultimate clients) in order to effectively drive initiatives and investment to build and create proactive and reactive solutions in the areas of consumer data privacy, id theft protection and restoration, security, and fraud protection as well as financial wellbeing program assessment. These strategies should yield clear deliverables for sales, market development, product development, and marketing, including the development of relationships with key partners and vendors.
What You'll Do:

You will give pre-sales and post-sales support – working with sales and the client to gather and define engagement strategies, defining how we can most effectively deliver on our value proposition to employers and employees; partnering with the sales organization as needed for success

You will be the primary point of contact to our customers to ensure the relationship remains strong

You will develop strategies for key accounts to ensure client retention and revenue growth

You will handle pricing, contracting and other implementation approval processes across Equifax and the customer

You will have close coordination and communication with the core operational team to help define and execute against special project requests, where defined execution and fulfillment models may not exist, but may need to be developed
What Experience You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, a related field or equivalent job experience (ex. 4+ years in an account management or sales support)

5-7 years of B2B and/or B2B2C experience

Ability to travel up to 25%

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600-$120,800. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
