The Professional Solutions Consultant (PSC) will be accountable for all project related activities associated with the support and delivery of a client solution for the Strategic Financial Institutions team The position is responsible for complex and custom customer projects in the areas of products, services, data, systems, tools, processes and procedures. The three primary functions of the role are to ensure the operational objectives of quality, time service and customer satisfaction are met.  The successful PSC candidate will have a solid work history preferably in the credit industry and client facing roles. The PSC will represent the Operations department in a leadership role while fitting into the project team environment, and will be responsible for client management, project scheduling, quality assurance, project delivery and post-delivery support.

What you’ll do

  • Provide planning, functional design, deployment, and account management activities for enterprise product offerings and integrated solutions.

  • Consult with internal teams and clients to facilitate effective process design and confirmation of client expectations.

  • Address client questions, resolve problems, and provide general issue management.

  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure that project progress and delivery align with commitments.

  • Facilitate customer audits and collaborate with sales executives to drive growth based on strategic plans.

  • You would be the main point of contact between our client, sales and our fulfillment teams.

  • Manage and prioritize client needs and delivery


What experience you need 

  •  5+ years of experience in Project Management or related

  • Proven client facing experience

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.

  • High proficiency with day to day planning and prioritization

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
