The Data Exchanges Relationship Manager serves as our relationship manager for the CFN Advisory Board, the Small Business Financial Exchange (SBFE), and others. We are looking for candidates who are courageous, tenacious, creative, optimistic and curious, and have a demonstrated track record of business-minded leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the relationship manager for a key data vendor (SBFE), managing communications and all aspects of contract (CVLA) governance directly with the Staff of this organization.

Manage all aspects of the CFN Advisory Board including member recruitment, engagement, meeting planning and content, ongoing communications and governance.

Drive improvement in furnisher engagement and satisfaction with both the CFN Advisory Board and SBFE. Plan and host all aspects of periodic offsite conferences with the CFN Advisory Board and prospective CFN members, including all meeting content. Participate in periodic SBFE conferences as appropriate, including the Annual Member Meeting and annual Business Review & Audit (leading the collection and development of all required EFX content)

Shepherd all new CFN Advisory Board use cases and product requests from ideation through launch.

Influence our customer experience through a command of the problems faced and strategies deployed by decision makers in these spaces, as well as a grasp of the compensation and other motivating factors impacting them.

Deliver practical and actionable recommendations based upon marketing intelligence generated through competitive analysis and industry economics research.

Constantly network with team members managing other data assets and other organizations to identify new opportunities and points of synergy.
What experience you need
-
7+ years of relevant experience in a leading data company, with a proven track record of excellence and business-minded leadership

Bachelor's Degree in a business, technology or statistical related field

5 or more years experience doing relationship management

Experience in simultaneously managing the expectations of multiple companies, either in a sales-oriented or consortium governance role. Solid perspective in managing expectations, risks and rewards for many engaged parties at one time.

Creativity and drive, as well as the ability to identify efficiencies and opportunities. The ability to collaborate with multiple teams and to get these teams to collaborate with each other. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.

The ability to understand complex technical information and articulate it in effective and appropriate ways to broader audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Project management skill, though more weight will be given to candidates with functional experiences where they demonstrated the ability to set and execute against their own strategy. We need a business owner more than we need a traditional PMP.

Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop a team. Ideally, experience, or a demonstrable aptitude, to work across a sophisticated matrix organization using strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
