This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract position.
Our Customer Service Representatives uses a cloud based tool called servicenow to help manage our client requests and inquiries. Each client has their own unique operating procedures and we have guidelines and templates for you to use to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and consistently.
This role involves working with a high volume of requests and is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and able to work efficiently. If you enjoy working in this type of environment and take pride in your ability to process requests quickly and accurately then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What you’ll do
Processing requests via servicenow
Follow client specific procedures and guidelines
Utilise templates and other resources to help you complete tasks
Searching portals and downloading digital documents
Processing and managing digital documents
Ensuring servicenow request are handled promptly on behalf of our customers
What experience you need
Strong computer skills
Basic software knowledge
