Synopsis of the role:
At Equifax, we are looking for bright young people to join us in our Data to Decisions journey.
What you’ll do

Understand client’s business requirements in terms of HR sales and be a part of a High-class delivery team to deliver unparalleled solutions using best in class analytical techniques.

Past background from HR Sales (dealing with larger companies Head HR) will be required.

Growing and nurturing Top accounts.

Interface with Individuals / key influencers among Corporates for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need-based product solutions.

Connect with clients across geographies, conduct demos, presentations to generate international revenue.

Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.

Ensuring client servicing to the clients as per the guidelines of key account management. Servicing, upgrading and monitoring Key and High value accounts.

Coordination with our back-end team for design and other activities. Preferred Industries Payroll/staffing /Banks- Corporates Sales team/ Job Portals.

Preferred roles Corporate Sales the target segment CHRO/HR Heads.
What experience you need
-
MBA in HR with knowledge of HR Systems and processes / ERPs.

12 – 15 years in HR Sales.

An effective communicator with good analytical, planning and client management skills.
