Security Operations manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, design and operation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) and security operations capabilities. This role will support the deployment of the various IAM and security tool capabilities and processes with a focus across private and public clouds and rapid application onboarding.
What you’ll do

Active participation in engineering build activities including development, testing and production deployments utilizing Sailpoint , Saviynt tools

Partnering with stakeholders to analyze & prioritize SailPoint and Saviynt integration opportunity

Design, deploy, implement and integrate IAM tools for Identity Governance solution (Sailpoint, Saviynt) with critical applications and infrastructure
-
Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing

Interact/coordinate with Equifax customers to gather requirements, technical workshop sessions, and weekly status updates.

Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior consultant

Assist operations team as required, coordinate with the architecture team

Configure connectors and onboard new applications and systems with IGA and PAM controls.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of application development experience.

Minimum 3 years of SailPoint – IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt deployment/implementation experience
What could set you apart

Experience with LDAP directories and software development tools

Familiarity with various IT systems (Unix and Windows servers, Databases, Active Directory, SaaS )

Understanding of Role Base Access Control

Experience with Java/J2EE, XML and strong SQL knowledge, Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories

Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs

Experience with IAM (Identity and access management) concepts and technologies
-
Working knowledge of user provisioning, privileged access management, directory services, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on technologies.

Experience with IAM solutions for cloud service providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Microsoft Azure) is a plus.

Experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and processes, ability to communicate effectively across the organization, analytical and problem solving skill
