What you’ll do

  • Provide Desktop, Server, Network Support.

  • Regional compliance management

  • Oversee asset & Vulnerability Management

  • Configure & troubleshoot of End point devices

  • Mange the regional India DC, DR and Infra activities

  • Oversee vendor management and procurement of IT assets

What experience you need 

  • 8+ Years IT Experience on Desktop, Server, Network Support.

  • Working knowledge on Virtual infrastructure is expected

  • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Environment, Windows Server deployment , Windows Server

  • Knowledge of Windows Event Log Analysis & Remediation

  • Experience in Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software deployment & troubleshooting

  • Experience on configuration & troubleshooting of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Server, Group Policies on Windows servers

  • Datacenter production environment experience will be an advantage handling daily requests/incidents from ECISPL/ESS Users received through Phone, Email & Chat.

  • Log requests/incidents in the Excel tracker daily.

  •  Calls related to Desktop, Laptop, Access requests, Telephone/Blackberry Issues, Server management requests, remote connectivity Etc.

  • Experience on backup software tools deployment & troubleshooting

  • Working knowledge on network devices such as routers, firewalls & switches

  • Provide remote Support to travelling Users.

  • Desktop/Laptop installations as per requirement.

  • Provide support to customers deploying Parser Lite application and SFTP related issues on requests from Business and Support team.

  • Interact with ESS helpdesk team for support required on Datacenter servers used by ECISPL Users Eg. SFTP Server Etc.

  • Daily Checklist to cover Network/Server monitoring.

  • Procurement readiness and follow-up for IT-Assets with vendors.

  • Temperature check in ECISPL Closet manning the Servers.

  • WebEx and Real-presence Video Conference Setup as per requests.

  • Tape movement to and from BKC Datacenter on a Weekly Basis. Also visits during restoration / Support requests from Global Platform Support team.

  • Basic Knowledge on ISO 27001 (ISMS).

  • Visit to Customer sites for Parser deployment in case of requirement.

  • Basic knowledge on SQL Management Studio     ·

  • Certification like CCNA/MCSE but not mandate as long as resource has skills for the role.
