We're looking for a Technology Service Delivery Manager to join us in this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to mature and develop processes and build frameworks to take true ownership. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of third-party service integration across a multi sourced value chain. As such, you will need to be able to face into the Equifax technical tribes and into our third parties’ technical organizations. We’re looking for a multi-disciplined generalist, who has previous experience of managing and improving the delivery of multi sourced services to clients, along with improving quality and value by leveraging their supplier management and coaching skills.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the delivery of partnership service integrations across a multi sourced value chain ensuring that the services provided by partners are functioning as expected, meeting contracted service levels and quality standards

  • Act as an escalation point, working with the Incident Management team to drive incident and problem resolution, whilst keeping internal stakeholders updated

  • Accountable for directing and coordinating IT resources to deliver a high quality service and to meet or exceed client expectations at all times

  • Responsible for managing and developing positive relationships at multiple levels across the value chain

  • Representing service by participating in product backlog prioritization meetings, ensuring that service reliability and risks to service are accounted for

  • Ensure that partners are meeting their contractual commitments and focused on continually improving quality and value through the attendance at service review meetings and leveraging their supplier management and coaching skills

  • Responsible for the identification and ownership of the Service Improvement Plan and risks to service across the value chain

  • Contribute to service design and partner onboarding activities through the definition of service levels, support models and handover to service

  • Support client facing Service Managers with customer escalations relating to technology service issues, joining calls and representing Service Management where required

  • Support other IT Service Management functions such as Incident, Problem and Change Management where required, striving to continually improve service

  • Form part of an on-call rota managing major incidents outside of business hours

What experience you need

  • Previous experience gained in the same or similar role

  • ITIL qualified

  • Good understanding of infrastructure and application principles

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

  • An adept problem solver with an eye for detail

  • Previous experience of vendor/partner management

  • Have collaborated with multi-functional teams ensuring new applications and services are in compliance with expected standards, prior to deploying them into production

  • Available to form part of an on-call rota managing major incidents outside of business hours
