The Account Manager for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Accounts is responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on our ACA products, supporting our existing accounts and working with our clients and key internal stakeholders to manage and grow revenue.
What you will do

Focus, organize and lead internal partners to meet and exceed ACA revenue retention goals.

Direct client relationship/status escalations from the Account Executives.
Manage the ACA Accounts Top 20 At-Risk List - work with the ACA AVPs to review list and create retention strategy for the Top 20 at-risk clients. Also responsible for reporting on Revenue Retention with a regular cadence with clarity and certainty - to ACA leadership and others across the business. -
Combine and manage ACA book of business. This includes the creation and management of the ACA client list, ensuring a process for keeping the BoB current, and reviewing the BoB with the AVP and directors as needed to ensure the proper client support team (AE, CSM, CRM) is in place to ensure Client Service success.

Work closely with various business partners to provide standard methodologies, insight, and direction to the ACA Account Executive team.

You will drive ACA client retention through extraordinary client
service and support, while ensuring clients gain and recognize full value of solutions -
Serve as a trusted partner and advisor as well as maintaining productive and professional relationships with internal partners.

Identify, mobilize, and deliver into the client relationship the right people, solutions, resources, and ideas from across the organization

Meet assigned measurements of success for various growth and strategic objectives within the ACA organization.
What experience you need
-
5+ years proven account management experience.

3 + years experience with employee benefits, payroll, insurance, or similar industry.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600.00 to $120,800.00. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
