The UK division of Equifax is looking for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-energy department that is focused on supporting the divisions’ contract billing data management processes transition from a business unit specific system into the global billing solution. This position includes contract review, data attribute identification, and transcription of contractual terms to bill the customer.
What you’ll do:
- Create and modify billing arrangements and ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes. Review, standardize and document procedures to improve efficiency of the billing function of various products and services
- Ensure that set-up results in proper revenue recognition. Resolve intermediate disputes, discrepancies and uncertainties concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing
- Review billing postings and month-end closing process. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner
- Support audits and general accounting request for documentation on customers, invoices, and supporting
- May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

Qualifications:
- Oracle knowledge
- University career in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting (plus)
- 2 years working in Accounting environment
- Excel in a fast-paced environment working with Microsoft Office
- English C1
