As an Administrative Assistant for Workforce Solutions Technology, you will support the members of the Workforce Solutions Technology Leadership team. This challenging role requires someone who is confident, intellectually curious, and service driven, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, poise and professionalism to engage with senior executives, other colleagues within Equifax, outside clients and vendors. You will work on a variety of complex and varied duties, in a dynamic environment, analyzing situations and use initiative to prevent and resolve problems.

What you'll do

  • You will provide administrative support to members of Equifax Workforce Solutions Technology Leadership Team

  • You will research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare executive level reports (i.e., EWS Weekly Status Report, and Ups, Downs, Forward Report), and EWS Technology centric presentations; Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations

  • You will manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products

  • Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention

  • You will manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur

  • Serves as lead coordinator for off-site strategy meetings and weekly staff meetings

  • Screen/prioritize/ emails or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary;

  • Make decisions on behalf of leader(s) and managers, resolve requests and escalate when necessary

  • You arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings

  • Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, business cards, circulating mail, handling over-night deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves

  • You may be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years experience executive administrative assistant experience

  • Previous experience working with C-Suite level executives

  • Previous experience with catering/event coordination

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet work demands
