This Sales Specialist position reports directly to the Executive General Manager of Workforce Solutions Australia & New Zealand, this individual contributor role is responsible for driving sales initiatives and collaborating with other business units to drive the growth of the Verification Exchange business in Australia. A key responsibility will be growing customer contact data to acquire new sales of the Verification Exchange service.
What you’ll do
Our Sales Specialist - Verification Exchange are responsible for leading through influence across the wider Equifax account management team in order to capitalise on existing networks and relationships, as well as coordinate with the Workforce Solutions business unit in the U.S. and Canada to best apply existing knowledge, vision and proven go-to-market strategies in the local market.
Prospecting existing clients & opportunity management via salesforce. Full sales cycle participation including prospecting, opportunity management, forecasting, presentation of services, proposals, contracting and deal closing
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales initiatives to drive opportunities for Verification Exchange
Produce and present executive-level content to both internal and external key stakeholders
Developing bids and negotiating final terms and contracts in order to meet the organisation’s business objectives
What experience you need
Experience in executing go-to-market activities to achieve sales targets
Successful history of achievement of sales targets
Recruitment or HR knowledge or background (advantageous)
HR software sales (advantageous)
What could set you apart
Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field; M.B.A. (not essential)
Recognised formal sales methodology qualification (desirable)
