Commercial Solutions Specialist are our consultative (SME) subject matter experts. The key purpose of their role is to develop and drive commercial sales opportunities. This role is core in tailoring & deploying our commercial solutions and ensuring that we provide the most up to date and relevant analysis and that appropriate testing is undertaken to validate the solution & value for our customers. You will engage all of our resources from Sales and Product, manage your sales pipeline, liaising with Account Executives, Sales Managers and others to support the growth of our account plans. 

The key drivers are revenue growth, potential opportunity identification & qualification,  days  in  sales cycle and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Our Commercial Sales Specialists work closely with  their  peers  in  Customer  Solutions,  broader Sales teams, Marketing,  D&A,  Operations  and  IT  to  help  develop  better  products,  services  and  solutions,  improve execution of business imperatives, drive customer success and satisfaction and meet the financial goals of the Equifax Australia business.

What experience you need  

  • 5+ years of experience selling products & solutions

  • Successful history in achieving and exceeding targets

  • Proficient with Salesforce or other crm systems

  • Experience working within Banking & large financial institutions

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, presenting and closing new business opportunities
