The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial support for the USIS division of Equifax, working directly for the CRO division and be responsible for one of the products that sits in a $200M line of business. This person will partner with fellow finance teams as well as business leaders.  The role includes forecasting, budgeting and providing insightful and actionable financial analysis and reporting, P&L oversight, margin evaluation. 

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for the forecasting and monthly financial closing of a specific product line for one of the line of business of CRO

  • Drive consistent consolidated financial reporting and analysis for the a product line, across multiple sales channels by collaborating with billing team, sales ops team, solutions team and sales team.

  • Support monthly close and financial forecasts discussions and reporting, including revenue, expenses, headcount, risk/opportunities and other metrics.

  • Work as part of a team to lead the annual budget process, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.

  • Develop and implement operational KPIs and reporting for business unit and senior leadership.

  • Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement, standardization, and simplification.  Implement solutions to address said opportunities through Tableau and Salesforce.

What experience you need  (7 or less requirements recommended)

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or a related discipline required

  • 5-7 years of Finance experience

  • Revenue Finance experience, including financial modelling

  • Skilled in Hyperion Planning and Essbase

  • Ability to execute efficiently and independently with accuracy and sense of urgency

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with and influence team members at various levels, including business leaders

What could set you apart

  • Tableau, or similar BI programs, experience is a plus

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience working with SalesForce
