Equifax’s USIS Business unit is looking for a Demand Planning and Execution Leader to provide the linkage between the sales and fulfillment teams by managing positive operating relationships with clients. This role is responsible for prioritizing client needs and deliverables, identifying, investigating and ultimately addressing client complaints, escalating concerns if necessary. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence. Travel is also possible up to 15% of the time. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Serve as the strategic operational liaison within the CRO for our most strategic and complex partners (Product, IT, Ops, D&A) to deliver successful customer outcomes that promote and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Drive and set customer related priorities with our product, data & analytics, ops and technical teams and escalate concerns that arise

  • Strategically manage the delivery operational aspects of initiatives through a hands-on approach by resolving case issues, de-escalating issues, and leveraging internal stakeholders when appropriate

  • Collaborate with other Project Management team to align strategic 

  • Identify, understand and communicate ongoing status, anticipate potential risks, develop mitigation plans and communicate and own escalations to leadership

  • Develop, maintain and oversee appropriate documentation and communication changes to all impacted internal channels

  • Lead the Customer Operational Program through a hands-on approach across multiple stakeholders to ensure outcomes that drive value to customers

  • Be an active partner in supporting overall company growth and driving continuous improvement initiatives

  • Be viewed as a strategic partner by developing and communicating out an evolving suite of insightful reports and deliverables

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, demand planning, execution or related strategic operational initiatives

  • Strict attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to listen, communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization while managing multiple projects at a time

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to prioritize, analyze issues, and make timely decisions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

  • Project Manager Certification

  • Experience working with leadership or C-Level executives

  • Familiarity with Google Suite

  • Industry knowledge or prior industry experience
