Equifax is looking for a Commercial Contracts Analyst to join the USIS Operations team. This role supports the Commercial Sales division by drafting pricing exhibits and participating in contract negotiations while providing expertise on data security and privacy.  This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with Equifax’s Commercial sales division and external buying groups to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with customers

  • Maintain the commercial contract repository

  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual billing responsibilities for commercial revenue 

  • Facilitate and consolidate multiple sources of information into a comprehensive contract inclusive of all stakeholder input

  • Participate in contract negotiations with clients, providing expertise on data security and privacy

  • Read and review contracts to identify specific terms and language with emphasis on products and pricing

  • Transcribe contractual terms into internal systems

  • Utilize internal documentation to select and input additional pricing details (per product contracted)

  • Audit all summaries to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams

  • Review data security and privacy sections of client contracts

  • Maintain FAQ for standard security language

  • Identity and recommend systems process improvement opportunities

What experience you’ll need  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in contract negotiation or other related experience

  • Understanding of legal principles and procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and solve problems 

  • Ability to work in a face-paced, deadline-driven environment as an individual contributor or as part of a team

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Experience supporting corporate legal team or sales teams
