An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in their company. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract based in Leeds

What you’ll do

  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Understanding of project management 

  • Flexibility in working hours

  • Professional and friendly demeanor

  • Thorough attention to details

  • Self-motivated but also key to able to work as a team

  • Taking accurate minutes of meetings and administering action logs, following GDPR guidelines is essential

  • Excellent communication skills are a must

  • Networking Skills Interfacing with International Colleagues including Directors and their EA’s.

  • Organisation skills are essential in any type of administrative role

  • EAs role is understanding why discretion and confidentiality are so important to the role 

  • Managing projects and organising events of different kinds across various departments, including external venues for meetings and conferences understanding the requirements and organising as required

  • Management of Executives diaries for both internal and external appointments, being proactive and ensuring that diaries are kept up-to-date

  • Booking flights, rail travel and hotel accommodation in line with company policy and production of itineraries

  • Completion of Executive’s monthly expense claim form and management of company credit card in line with company policy.

  • Providing excellent EA cover for other Executives as required

  • Supporting internal communications for example: recognition, town halls and other ad hoc events

  • Using and understanding the Google Workspace products and undergoing training as required

What experience you need 

  • Strong and current experience of supporting Senior Executives in a corporate environment

  • Good Knowledge of Google Workspace
