The Operational Training Consultant is responsible for supporting new hire training through by conducting work checks for the UIC, UCS, UIC2, and Full Service Representative positions within Equifax. This position would also act as a subject matter expert for employees answering individual questions through Ask Claims Training. Some training development or presentation may also be required. 

What you’ll do

  • Support training by completing new hire work checks—identifying strengths, new concepts, as well as developmental opportunities

  • Establish and maintain standards surrounding reduction of work checks based on proven mastery of concepts

  • Utilize findings to support training creation in order to add value to the program

  • Serve as a general subject matter expert for all employees answering questions through Ask Claims Training

  • Maintain and update training materials, resources, job aids

  • Facilitate supplemental individual or small group training as needed

  • React quickly to find solutions when met with training constraints (time, resources, multiple priorities) and easily adapt to change

  • Attend work regularly, start and end sessions on time, and manage time effectively

  • Generate ideas and training classes to enhance the overall Claims Training program

  • Effectively communicate important procedural and technology updates to UC/EWS

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • UC experience required, with ideal candidate knowledgeable on UIC, UCS, UHC

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; education level is negotiable in light of greater experience in the job functions for which they are training

  • Prior leadership, presentation, and training experience preferred
