As our new Client Project Manager you will play a key part in the team’s success delivering on client projects, project planning, onboarding clients, coordinating and ensuring successful project delivery. The role will see you hold responsibility for communicating with clients on project status and to agree requirements where operational solutions are required. You will be responsible for managing up to 20 projects at a time throughout the delivery lifecycle.  This role would suit someone who has excellent client management skills with experience of providing solutions to technical and data queries.

What you’ll do

  •  Manage and develop positive relationships with clients

  • Work across the business to coordinate, plan and resource for the successful delivery of all major client projects in line with agreed project plans

  • Develop strong credible working relationships with internal stakeholders, working proactively to provide solutions.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Equifax products & services together with the market and regulatory conditions in which the company operates

What experience you need 

The best part of this role is, you don’t have to have experience in project management, but the below transferable skills:

  • Strong experience and evidence of managing multiple pieces of work ensuring they are delivered on time

  • Strong experience in building/managing client relationships 

  • Strong experience in negotiation and influencing 

  • Good experience working in dynamic changing environment delivering to deadlines

  • Strong experience collaborating and supporting your colleagues in a small team

  • Good experience diagnosing client issues/queries

  • Good technical skills for incident and problem resolution as well as managing a number of internal IT systems

What could set you apart

  • Project management qualification or project management experience

  • Good experience within a client service and or product delivery role

  • Good Knowledge of the use of API

  • Good Knowledge of credit bureau services
