As Programme Manager you will lead our operational readiness and implementation team of change managers and business analysts whilst partnering with project delivery teams and technology to understand proposed changes and business impact. You will support the design of operating models for any new products, services or data sets leading end to end delivery of projects and strategy. 

To be successful in this role you will have experience as a leader within project delivery with a great understanding of large data sets, worked with agile methodology and frameworks, worked within a complex matrix environment, be a excellent people manager and prioritises testing and validation with the ability to be able to communicate effectively to senior leaders.

What you’ll do

  • Defining and propose the schedule of activities required to deliver the strategic outcome, providing a balance of options to ensure the right approach is selected

  • Lead the programme of work incorporating multiple operational change projects, including technology, process, HR, regulatory, and business change

  • Senior stakeholder management and reporting up to and to Executive level

  • Manage and drive forward the plans for delivery of estimates, business cases and product releases

  • Introduce project governance where needed in collaboration with other areas of Equifax, including the Programme Management Office, Technology,  Innovations Group, Sales, Product, and Marketing

  • Management of budgets, resourcing and internal and external supplier deliverables

  • Scheduling and running of regular internal multisite UK&I and global meetings, within a matrix environment to coordinate decisions over priorities, and then manage the priorities through the processes

  • Full team management, development and support

What experience you need 

  • Strong experience as a Product/ Programme Manager within a data and complex project environment able to drive, lead decisions, understand impact and delivery

  • Strong experience partnering and advising senior leadership

  • Strong attention to detail especially surrounding testing and validation

  • Strong team management with exposure to the whole employee lifecycle

  • Good experience of cloud migration projects  

  • Good experience in a agile environment and framework

  • Flexible, able to be available for international colleagues/ meetings
