Third Party Assurance Auditor

The role will lead on delivering Third Party Assurance across a wide ranging variety of third party engagements - providing independent oversight to ensure excellent risk management and control. This role is key ensuring third parties are well managed and delivering value, and central to supporting operational resilience.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver, implement and improve Third Party Assurance Framework, for example; auditing, assessing, reporting the end to end processes required and MI reporting 

  • Provide central oversight of third parties, and support the business in undertaking appropriate oversight of all other third parties, in line with regulatory obligations

  • Drive a client focused culture of control across the business

  • Be a go to expert on third party risk management to support third party managers in the business

  • Travel to clients sites with possible overnight stays to conduct audits

What experience you need 

  • Strong experience in a Third Party Audit role within a FCA regulated environment  

  • Strong experience of auditing external vendors and suppliers  

  • Intermediate experience in reporting 

What could set you apart

  • Previous experience implementing third party processes, third party management, frameworks and MI

  • Financial & CRA Services background
