Customer Authentication Analyst

Equifax is hiring a Customer Authentication Analyst for its St. Louis operations (Ball Drive). The Customer Authentication Analyst leverages industry, product, application and operational knowledge as an advocate and primary point of contact for Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) clients for all issues related to system security and user authentication. The individual will have an advanced understanding of the working challenges of fraud, client risk, and operations management.

What you'll do:

  • Use project management skills to consult with customer and internal cross-functional Equifax teams to determine project requirements and facilitate effective process design.

  • Secure client and user access to EWS external-facing applications  

  • Proactively engage customers with authentication enhancements when the security, fraud and risk landscape changes significantly.

  • Provide post-production support to customers to address day-to-day questions, issue escalations, resolve problems, and provide general issue management as related to security, fraud and risk.

  • Follow-up with customer after project delivery to uncover opportunities, changes and efficiencies based on program results against customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' of related experience in project management, account management and customer service

  • 3+ years' experience in a technical or application support role

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience coordinating and communication with senior leaders Experience with the solution delivery process to clients within the HR, financial services and workforce solutions industries

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Client relationship building skills

  • Experience uncovering opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
