Business Process Analyst

The purpose of the Business Process Analyst is to plan and implement process improvement initiatives. The BPA will interact with internal stakeholders to review existing documentation and release information to develop a deep knowledge base content. This includes documenting and auditing
existing operations processes, and analyzing data for process improvement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. The BPA will provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives

  • Document and train on existing processes using various communications platforms (wiki, email, LMS)

  • Organizes and facilitates cross-functional project teams

  • Analyze data for process improvement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

  • Measures performance against process requirements

  • Learn how to provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

  • Deliver presentations and training courses

  • Prepares reports to determine business patterns

  • Monitors work and assesses the quality of representative adherence to research standards and requirements

  • Completes project work as assigned based on business need.

What Experience You'll Need:

  • Minimum Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred

  • 1-3 years’ experience as in a process improvement role or equivalent technical experience in the field in which the BPA assess
