Verifier C2O Mass Ops Analyst

This Verifier C2O Mass Ops Analyst is responsible for boarding clients into our Contract to Order System via mass operational solutions. This includes contract review of billing and pricing terms, fulfillment to link billing accounts to usage, and audit responsibilities. The C2O Boarding team works closely with Billing Operations, and additional Verifier Boarding groups.

What You'll Do:

  • Update billing/pricing terms via mass operational solutions

  • Handle complex and diverse contract language in conjunction with sales initiatives

  • Speed to execution with monthly closing deadlines

  • Serve as liaison between EWS Contract to Order team and Billing/Finance/Technology regarding issue resolution and process improvement initiatives tied but not limited to contract order management and billing revenue

  • Prepare and deliver metric-based reporting

  • Manage and evaluate escalations to report on results, trends, and progress

  • Manage case queue for processing contracts, cancellations, location adds, and one off projects

What Experience You Need:

  • 2–5 years of billing and/or data analysis experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree a plus

  • 2-5 years experience using MS excel

  • Experience working with analytics or technology organizations preferred 

  • Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple departments

  • Proven ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among multiple department areas

  • Experience in collaborative problem solving within a large organization

  • Excellent critical thinker, problem solve and decision maker

  • Strong presentation ability and comfort level with all management levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexible work schedule as mandatory overtime may be required
