Customer Service Representative French (Production) - Senior

We are looking for a Product Fulfillment Senior agent, someone who is results-driven, with high adaptability to changes, is a quick learner, and has strong interpersonal skills. This person will be responsible for but not limited to complying with the consumer’s requests in the delivery of quality best results through inbound calls and back office tasks, assure on-time project completion, and superior client care. All actions look at goal fulfillment through a self-sufficient approach always looking for problem-solving, with capabilities of recognizing process gaps in order to raise the flag when required.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to the ID Restoration consumer line 

  • Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations

  • Identify consumer needs via a thorough analysis of the consumer's credit file

  • Properly document follow-up actions for partner departments' best resolution

  • Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer in the back office work-frame 

What experience you need 

  • Fluent French language skills both written and spoken (B2).

  • 0-6 months of knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)

What could set you apart

  • English is a plus (B2)

  • Actively studying any of the following as an associate’s degree or as a major: Business Management, Project Management, Law, Industrial Engineering

  • Certified in any process improvement methodology or proven experience in such a field

  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency

  • Must be action-oriented and results-driven

  • Proven ability to multitask and handle of variety of responsibilities

  • Demonstrated strong and flexible interpersonal skills for the best stakeholder management

  • Exceptional work ethics
