Product Manager - Identity & Verification

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Identity, Fraud and Verification Product Team in our Alpharetta office.  We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, prove yourself, evolve and be hyper focused on delivering against the product strategies, and be constantly aware of your products status, issues, progress and outcomes.   

As a product manager you will own all aspects of product requirements  and own the backlog, roadmap, enhancements, and all aspects of your product or product line.

What you’ll do

  • Align to a defined business unit/internal system/service/process to define, negotiate and maintain a prioritized internal product roadmap that maps business goals and our vision for scale, innovation, and efficiency while also identifying benefits/risks to build-buy approach

  • Build the internal roadmap by understanding internal customer/department needs, business goals, approaches and complexities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on simple to moderately complex requests to understand their needs, define product elements and ensure understanding of the impact on the business, teams and end user/customers

  • Produce / Drive documentation, guides or presentations to different internal audiences in order to communicate efforts, deliverables  about the product(s).

  • Create and maintain Requirements, Roadmaps and other artifacts used regularly to run the business efficiently.

  • Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with teams across technology and collaborate with engineers, designers and other product teams and stakeholders to build solutions and implement successfully

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results and prepare insights/metrics for internal communications.

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of product management experience 

What could set you apart

  • Previous Fraud and Identity experience 

  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information concisely with supporting data

  • Proficiency with Google Product Suite 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to faciliate and influence across business units whil driving a positive outlook through awareness, understanidng, acceptance and engagement

  • Able to deal with ambiguity and competing objective in a fast paced work enviornment

  • Self-starter who can work independently and has a positive attitude

• Contribute to a Global Catalog of products and services

• Begin to demonstrate an understanding of strategic dependencies across the enterprise

• Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with teams across technology and collaborate with engineers, designers and other product teams and stakeholders to build solutions and implement successfully

• Gather feedback during build to ensure needs are met and implement changes and improvements as identified

• Monitor KPIs, analyze results and prepare insights/metrics for internal communications.
