As VP, FedRAMP Enterprise Architecture, you will be responsible for providing overall program architectural leadership for Equifax’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) environment, ensuring we maintain a secure, compliant boundary for our customers. 

What you’ll do

  • You will drive Equifax's FedRamp authorization (ATO) activities to allow our Federal and State customers to operate in our cloud.  You will use your first hand experience with the FedRamp Project Management Office (PMO) to efficiently navigate the process, giving Equifax a key competitive unit cost advantage through creative, innovative engineering techniques and relationship based approaches.  

  • You will utilize your experience with Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAO) to ensure efficient use of team resources and project planning to streamline deliverables for Equifax and our customers.

  • You will use your keen intellect and experience to find the right balance between over-engineering, over-complicating solutions and reasonable, industry-acceptable practices and decisions.  

  • You will establish credibility and strong technical relationships with Equifax’s Sponsors and customers to help guide and manage them through the overall FedRAMP process.

  • You will be a forward-thinking leader utilizing innovative ways to build and maintain security for our FedRAMP initiatives and anticipate needed architectural changes in the Federal requirements landscape to keep Equifax ahead of the curve.

  • You will be the single voice and champion for Equifax’s FedRAMP solution and overall architecture, providing a consistent point of view and design for our product and customer organizations.

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT/Technology field

  • Minimum of 10 years of documented leadership experience in developing and promoting enterprise architectures in support of products and services

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience experience in delivering a FedRAMP authorized environment for a customer or organization

  • Minimum of 5 years of first hand experience working with FedRAMP PMO and ATO compliance and certifications 

What could set you apart

  • Experience in Dev Sec Ops environments

  • Experience working with Cloud environments (GCP / AWS / Azure) along with related infrastructure components.

  • Enterprise architecture leadership experience for large programs across applicable IT and Business functions

  • Experience maintaining healthy and productive work relationships with Security organizations, and across other business units in helping design and implement FedRAMP architectures and solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and experience communicating with all levels of an organization

  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups and external clients

  • Evidence of transforming IT organizations in moving to native cloud environments

  • Security/Compliance Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc

  • Cloud Certifications on GCP, AWS, or Azure
