Content Writer and Social Media Manager

Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking a full-time content writer and social media manager with experience in the B2B space to create engaging digital content, lead social media strategy, and manage our social channels. The ability to build relationships with leadership, manage multiple projects, and create compelling content from scratch is a must.

The right candidate has the opportunity to own digital content and the social media experience for a billion dollar brand, including creating content in all forms, managing the strategy and execution for several social media channels, developing content campaigns and themes, and training teams on how to best leverage digital channels.

What you’ll do

  • Create and disseminate content for all digital channels (social, web, email, etc.) with occasional guidance from key stakeholders 

  • Develop and maintain a holistic social strategy to drive organic growth and channel expansion

  • Advise on content best practices to expand our brand reach across all digital channels

  • Implement a content and social channel reporting framework that includes KPI measurement and socialization

  • Create, train, and coach internal teams on content and social media best practices and frameworks

What experience you need 

  • 3 - 5 years of proven work experience as a content producer 

  • Knowledge of and experience with various social media platforms and social tools

  • Knowledge of SEO, social analytics, and web traffic metrics

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions

All candidates will be required to submit a portfolio and will be asked to execute a case study / creative brief as part of the hiring process.
