What you’ll do:

The  Process Analyst responsibilities will include documenting/mapping the current state processes across the business and helping identify improvement opportunities and documenting/mapping the future state processes with the business.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring the standards for business process mapping are shared and used, use of standardized tools (ARIS & Lucid Chart) and governance across the business. This role will help the Business Owners deliver on the Transformation program for EFX ANZ. Process Analysts will need to work across the business to support their needs for process documentation, LEAN process improvement and coaching/upskilling.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years’ experience in six sigma/process improvement type role.

  • Pragmatism in relation to the application of standards/methodologies.

  • Strong facilitation skills – need to be able to run large workshops and drive to an outcome.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Good at building relationships – can work with diverse range of people

  • Highly articulate – both written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to hit deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Positive can-do attitude.

Extra points for any of the following:

  • Experience with working with CCD, CX or UX teams.

  • Understanding of credit risk management, Credit Reporting Code and Privacy Act.
